last 2 days…

it was a fulfilling last 2 days b4 starting work.

sat… i went to the central library to browse thru some marketing books to refresh myself a lil… yes, call me kiasu. i jus wanna be more prepared for the job mah. means i’m serious n enthusiastic abt it k. then again, i only managed to spend abt 1.5hrs in the library b4 meeting the gj partners for a steamboat dinner at liang seah. traffic jam la!! s’poreans r getting richer by the day, there r more n more cars on the roads! as i was late, i din manage to go visit jeff during his tachi class at bras basah. yes, uncle jeff like chinese yoga, lol.

interrogation during steamboat dinner… aftwhich we still got some stomach space for desserts!! tsk tsk. next on, we went partyworld. uncle senses was into his retro n local music trance, tsk tsk. wat to do, he mountain tortise, new songs all duno hw to sing, tsk tsk. got hm at abt 3+… slept at 5+ coz i was trying to read as much of my novel as possible. its due in 3 days, n i’m jus halfway thru

sun… went xmas shopping w fishy. in the end, i managed to buy 2 presents, she got none, lol. 2 down, 3 more to go. sigh… duno wat to buy leh, no budget oso. hope my outstanding pay w my prev employer will come soon.

we went to catch ‘the golden compass’ next. was excited, euniquez said its nice. while sitting comfortably in the theatre, tis couple came up to us claiming the seats r theirs. aft comparing both sets of tix, we realised i bought tix for sat’s session!! LOL. as ever, blur me, i booked wrongly online well, since we paid for it, we cant lve rite? thankfully it wasn’t full-house, so we went to sit at the 5th row, haha. better than nothing. i quite like the show, though there was alot left unexplained. nobody told me there’ll be a sequel for it!! euniquez din tell me!! she must have fallen asleep at the ending n din realise there was no ending, kns. oh well… we’ll jus have to wait for the 2nd installment for the answers.
